B_Movin' Challenge
April 15 - May 26
The B-Movin' Health Challenge is all about putting your body in motion and making smart lifestyle choices. For 6 weeks, you would log your exercise by keeping track of the miles you accumulate. However, these miles have a different meaning than road miles, these miles are based on your lifestyle and the types of exercise you like to do.
Registration is from April 1-15 and you can register by calling 715-684-6783, stopping at BAMC and talking to JoAnn, or online at www.healthybaldwin.org. The fee to participate is $5 and that will be used to fund challenge prizes, materials and events.
